I wish to put forward an idea Ive been working on,controlling the weather.
What makes weather? The atmosphere, right?

Ok, so...Use satellite tech to heat and treat waters, (with solar panels, maybe?) on oceans, streams, whatever body of water; use turbine wind power to move the clouds; heat these clouds and create rain. Actually you can create wind, rain or snow; In other words solar panels can be a heating and hydration system of its own.

We could change temperatures also, simply by bringing in more wind...
I hope this makes sense to you because it makes sense to me.

Most importantly, you can reverse the process of creating weather, by reversing the process for making weather. WHAT? You heat a body of water, you move the cloud, you heat the clouds and create rain, clouds, snow or sunlight.

WHAT? The process is: Use solar panels to heat a body of water, use turbine to direct the clouds created; at site where you wish rain, snow or precipitation just: heat the clouds until you create the precipitation.

Temperatures can be changed by creating collisions of air masses, directing cold are i.e. West, and hot air ie east.

Re hydration and manipulation of rainfall can create whatever conditions you wish to create, and this can be done for any part of the planet, if done correctly.
